Kapalbhati Kriya
Kapalbhati Kriya is one of the many yoga basic positions. This is a very effective yoga position which helps you to eliminate all toxins from air passages, fights asthma and also massages abdominal muscles. Not only it does these, but also it helps in cleaning you body and mind.
How to do it?
I'm not expert in yoga and I advice you to ask your yoga master or someone before doing anything. I can only give you a "how to do this".
For doing this, you must be in the padmasana position with straight neck. You should place your hands in your knees in gyan mudra while keeping your eyes closed. As you pull your stomach in, exhale air vigorously through both nostrils. While you breathe out, do it slowly and relax. The number of reps depends on how much you can do. Do it till you become tired. As time goes on, you can increase the reps.
Hope this yoga basic positions is helpful to you.
